Top 10 reasons why 1Malaysia will not work.....
#9. The P.D.R.M. or better known as Polis DiRaja UMNO, they are the licensed mafia of the Government...
#8. Judicial sytem that proves "Justice is fair and blind" but only if you have lots of it to buy the verdict in your favour...
#7. The existance of the Internal Security Act (ISA)...
#6. Worst, putting facist Datuk Syed Hamid Albar at the helm of the Home Ministry which has the authority to exercise the ISA...
#5. How will Malaysia be 1 when there are double standards...
#4. Too many 'keris' weilding political racist leaders running the country. The logo they chose symbolises exactly what they are, CROOKED!!!...
#3. How can it work when Malaysia keep celebrating the wrong National Day, 31st August instead of 16th September...
#2. Well frankly, all the nation's leaders are nothing but idiotic MORONS!!!...
And the #1 reason why 1Malaysia will not work.....
Malaysians are just too intelligent now to believe such a lame crap!!!

When you get the corrupted to guard against corruption, the MACC is what you get.
Once thought as a positive and bold move by Badawi as he pushed hard for the bill for the establishment of the MACC through Parliament and finally getting the green light to proceed, many Malaysians welcomed the the commission as maybe, just maybe, the rampant corruption and power abuse might be kept in check. Till date the MACC instead of looking like a genius brain child of the PM looks like nothing but a lump of UMNO excreted poo.
Some pity should be shown to him after all he can't be blamed for being born some what short of a few marbles in the space between his ears. The thing that he is guilty of is his inability to learn from his past mistakes. The people that he have kept close to him and entrust to assist him in leading the country has all come back and bit him in the arse. His DPM, the snake Najib and the chief commissioner of MACC, Datuk Seri Ahmad Said Hamdan are all spineless crooks. Poors Badawi though as honestly there are no loyals among his ranks.
The MACC has proven that there will be no chance for a democratic and transparent government in Malaysia as long as BN and UMNO remains in power. The MACC's final outcome on their investigations into irregularities in UMNO has found the party to be clean, pure and pristine party only goes to show that MACC themselves should be investigated.
Prove of MACC is as corrupted is the very next day after they release the public statement of UMNO being free of any money politics and power abuse is an aide of a top minister in UMNO was caught with RM50,000 in his car. Of course it'll be hard for them to prove that the money will be used for buying votes as the UMNO general election nears. All the same, it'll be interesting to see what the MACC concludes what the money is for after their investigations. Whatever it is, I'm sure it'll be good reading for a laugh.....

Najis in Kuching
Najib will meet with Sarawak Barisan Nasional leaders at the Hilton Hotel, Kuching at 9am tomorrow before attending the investiture ceremony in conjunction with the 45th anniversary celebration of Sarawak's Progress in Malaysia at the Astana Banquet Hall in Petra Jaya at 11.30am, with Sarawak Yang Dipertua Negeri Tun Abang Muhammad Salahuddin Abang Barieng conferring the awards.
In the afternoon, Najib will hand over financial aid under the 2009 National Economy Stimulus Package to government-assisted mission schools of Sarawak and Sabah at the James Wong Kim Min Hall, SMK St. Thomas, Kuching and attend a function with the Bidayuh community at the Dayak Bidayuh Nasional Association headquarters in Jalan Kumpang, off Jalan Ong Tiang Swee, here.
Tomorrow night, the deputy prime minister will close the Islamic Congress organised by the Sarawak Islamic Religious Department at the Riverside Majestic Hotel.
Najib will visit Miri on Friday where he will hand over welfare aid to natural disaster victims at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Niah in the morning, and in the evening he will also hand over welfare aid to disaster victims at the Malaysian Red Crescent Society's Miri branch premises before returning to Kuala Lumpur.
Well, to sum it all up in simple and true words, Najis is here to collect dues. Wonder how much more richer is he going to be when he leaves???

'The Star' gets the tender to polish Najis
As we all know that the Malaysian freedom of the press in reporting the truth is worth as much as a sleeveless shirt is to an Eskimo, most if not all newspaper here in controlled by the 'Gestapo' inspired Government. History has shown that CEOs and editors of major newspaper in the country are cronies of the Prime Minister at the time. These principle lacking editors will then filter and spin the truth to polish and shine the Government. Anymore of such polishing our incoming bald dumb ass PM's head will glow in the dark!!! Those who oppose, well, not so lucky they are as they will find themselves at the end where the warm dog shit oozes out as they are misquoted, scrutinised, condemned and criticised. Nowadays the RM1 or so spent on buying the papers is not worth it as the only truth you can read is in the orbituary, comic and sports pages.
In the recent article about Najib, it was reported that he met up with editors to explain his coming Government policies and in return he gets insights of what Malaysians want and expects. Najib was said to be keenly interested in understanding the Rakyat so he will be a better leader and to improve UMNO and BN to form a strong, for the best of the people oriented Government. What a load of crock!!! What majority of the Rakyat want is equality among all the races, less corruption, abolishment of the 'Ketuanan Melayu' ideology and the Internal Security Act just to name a few. It doesn't take rocket science to know what WE WANT.
There is no need to meet up with editors because they are filled with more shit than a septic tank. If the brainless bald headed twit wants to know and understand more about the Rakyat then he sould decend from his self proclaimed above all pedestial and come down to our daily oppressed and marginalised, humble level. Down here is where he can see better for himself the hardship that we have to go through everyday. This is the best and only way if Najib or any country's leader for that matter that is genuinely interested in the welfare of its people to get an untainted view of what is going on. Looking down from up there his vision will only be clouded and his vision blurred by his corrupt and crooked cronies.
Come and join us Mr. Razak and get a taste of us commoners daily life's struggles and you'll be enlightened. Don't know what the goons in your close proximity have been telling you sir, but rest assure mingling with the Rakyat won't infect you with leprosy. Instead you'll leave with the true meaning and spirit of being a Malaysian, then and only then will you be a great leader.

Barred MP's application to sue the Sarawak Government thrown out
The Sarawak Government without any reason whatsoever in denying a person with valid travel documents entry is not a breach then what is?!! By saying that the "Immigration Act did not allow for such review by any court" implies that the Immigration Act is above all constitutional and human rights and also even the law.
The Judicial Commissioner should have just said that in Sarawak the BN Government is the law and she doesn't have the balls (Yeah, I know she literally doesn't have any) to rule against them. Probably that truth would have been easier for the MP and us to accept and digest.

It’s ok if the Government but if it’s the Opposition then it is not
That is what the 15 Pakatan Rakyat leaders must have been thinking when their party approved the purchase of RM130,000.00 Toyota Camrys each for their official use. This deal would cost the party about RM2million and has come under scrutiny from Barisan Nasional. Being the opportunist that BN are, Pakatan Rakyat has been accused of minding their own welfare more than that of the people. Datuk Seri Dr Khir Toyo was quick to the draw and seize this issue to criticize the opposition coalition.
It is quite audacious actually for Toyo to criticize such purchases as when he was the Menteri Besar of Selangor, he approved a purchase of 1 unit Mercedes S350L worth almost RM1million for his personal use with the funds from Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Berhad. The Selangor state government had to bear that extravagant purchase and in the end the ones really paying for their luxuries is us, the tax paying Malaysians.

Jawah Gerang joins PKR
More worries for BN and Taib as it seems that more and more leaders in Sarawak are now crossing over to join the opposition. What will the BN and Taib do next to counter this ever growing threat??? Maybe they will come up with new immigration laws where IC and passport is no more important but having a BN member card can get you access into this state.

No entry into Sarawak
Pakatan Keadilan Rakyat or PKR Member of Parliament for Padang Serai N. Gobalakrishnan was denied entry into Sarawak by immigration officers under orders from the government at the Kuching International Airport.
Gobalakrishnan quoted :
"The moment I reached the airport, immigration officers told me that I am not allowed to enter due to instructions from the state government".
"The immigration officer gave me a notice which reads ‘Tuan bukan rakyat Sarawak, tidak berhak untuk masuk ke Sarawak tanpa permit atau pas Akta Imigresen 1959-1963′ (You are not a citizen of Sarawak and are not eligible to enter Sarawak without a permit or immigration pass)."
The PKR Member of Parliament left on the next available flight out of Kuching.
What an embarrassing and conceited move by our government to stop the opposition machinery into entering the state. Deplorable is what it is. That's how despicable the UMNO-BN Government are. Recent news about DAP's new rural branches getting tremendous support have definately sent shivers through the Government. As seen recently of SUPP's statement that they never neglected the Iban communities and now deny access of an opposition party leader into the state. Clearly an act of cowardness from UMNO, BN and Taib's administration.
Merry Christmas and happy holidays everyone!!!
A gift from some one nobody knows yet and might never will, splattering Home Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar's home with red paint. Syed Hamid's BN billboard poster was also splashed with yellow paint. Though we do not condone such acts of vandalism but to the person who did it, man, you've got balls!!! Cheers to you dude!!!
Happy holidays everyone.....

Game over for Pakatan Rakyat???
These moronic leaders of PAS when they went for their religion required circumcision must have also circumcised their brains too. PAS till today has been the weakest and most dangerous link in the Pakatan Rakyat machinery and it is a wonder why does the Pakatan Rakyat still keep them in the coalition. PAS are clearly no team players and is like an over heavy garbage that is just sinking the Pakatan Rakyat coalition ship.
They should know that their Hudud and Qisas law will never be a winning and accepted manifesto simply because Malaysia is a multi-racial country. Their primitive laws are not even preferred by their own Muslims of this country. The PAS leaders should have just kept their foul smelling crap hole mouth shut and just ride the wave. Being master tacticians that all politicians are, PAS should have known better to keep such controversial issues to themselves first till the day Pakatan Rakyat really takes over the Malaysian government. What good is it making such a big fuss about it now only to ruin your chance of getting elected into office.
That is what that doesn't make any sense at all. Politicians are a cunning and conniving bunch. Their tactics, strategy, ploy or call it whatever you like is always well planned and carefully thought out. Very seldom they would slip up and make a mistake like this to only jam their party's machinery.
Was it a boo boo by PAS issuing the statement or was it actually puposely done???
History has it that PAS and UMNO were once partners in crime before they had a fall out and went their separate ways, or did they now...??? It seems rather ironic that PAS would be dumb enough to issue such a statement which automatically swings the momentum away from Pakatan Rakyat. Their said fall out might have just been an Emmy winning performance. This might all have been a high level hush hush deal between PAS and UMNO. PAS might actually be a spin off party of UMNO to do its espionage work and to sabotage opposition parties and coalitons.
Hmmm.....now that's a food for thought isn't it. How else do you explain the wisemen, master tacticians of PAS frequently coming out with statements and issues that only seems to put the Pakatan Rakyat in hot soup. Whether or not this maybe true, it would still be in the best interest of the Pakatan Rakyat if they are really serious about toppling BN to form the next government, is to just chop off the bad leg that is just slowing them down, and that is PAS.

Sleepless in Sarawak
The cause of this insomnia causing revelation is that the Sibu Jaya and Sungai Merah branches both in Sibu has been officially launched. Members of both these new branches are predominantly Iban and it is a known fact that over the years the Ibans of Sarawak were never happy with the BN Government or its Chief Minister.
The 2 new branches of DAP held their first AGM to elect its pioneer batch of office bearers at the Sibu DAP office yesterday morning. The Sibu branch head office was said to be filled to the brim that every chair was occupied and even so members still kept pouring in, willingly standing throughout the whole meeting. More of these rural DAP branches will be set up in the coming months and for sure alarm bells have been ringing in the BN camp.
Several Iban leaders were invited to speak at the meeting and all of their speeches had the same tune in it that how the BN Government has continuingly neglecting the Iban communities despite of promising them heaven and earth. They even expose the fact that BN leaders have resorted to threats and intimidation, dissuading them to join or vote for the opposition. The NCR land issue was also mention by these Iban leaders as we know that over the years they have been robbed slowly but surely by the tyrant pirate Chief Minister and his faithful crooked cronies.
It was always a known fact that in order for the opposition in Sarawak to break the BN dominance would be to have these Iban communities wake up from the bondage of their very own Iban BN leaders. Once they have the courage and the political maturity to do so then a change of state and maybe even federal government is in the cards. With the show of support as seen at the DAP branch opening a political wind of change is blowing in Sarawak. As the DAP now plans to open more and more such rural branches, this wind of change might turn into a full blown typhoon and blow BN away. It has been a long time coming.
Taib and his cronies swan song days of plundering the state's resources maybe numbered. After nearly 3 decades at the helm he has already amassed enough pension fund not only for him but probably enough for 3 or 4 of his generations to come. He has no one to blame as years of marginalising and oppressing the Ibans has finally caught up with him. All his Iban cronies must also be shaking in their boots as they know they have awoken a sleeping giant and there is no turning back now. They now must scurry for whatever they can scavenge for in a year or a year and a half they can jolly well kiss their ministerial posts good bye as they face the wrath of the monster of their own creation.

Yoga 'haram' in Sarawak
Even more heart breaking is the fact that our state has agreed with their views. Seems like Sarawak now has become a wimp state pleasing and adhering to every whine and cries. Feels like with each passing year Sarawak has lost its identity and 'ngelaban' spirit. We have become the 'Government say shit standing up then we shit standing up la' people. Since when did we become so weak and dependable on the Government that has been taking our natural resources from our land and giving us chump change in return.
Apa dah jadi wahai anak-anak Sarawak???
Under the Taib administration almost 30 years, the state and federal government has been chopping down our trees, stealing our land and sucking our oil dry. The ones that benefitted from all this years of looting, not the people of Sarawak that's for sure.
Self denial and closing our eyes from seeing this reality isn't going to make things better and make the problems disappear. It is high time we took destiny into our owns hands.....
STOP VOTING FOR TAIB, BN, UMNO AND THEIR CRONIES!!!

No one to blame but ourselves
Credit should be given to Billy Jol Abit for having the balls to stand up for what he believes in unlike his other sissy hypocrite counterparts. He is of a dying breed of politicians, the example of the kind of MP that we need and not the “NATO” (No Action Talk Only) politicians that we have been cursed in abundance with.
Politicians in Malaysia are the exact kind you’d expect every politicians to be, lying, cheating conniving, manipulative, spineless low life scums of no dignity and pride whatsoever. The only difference between a criminal and a politician is one is stupid enough to break the law but the other is smarting enough to makes the law to legally benefit themselves.
But of course there are some good ones left. Funny how as they season themselves in the political world they usually end up corrupted as well. Politics is just the 1 profession where the saying “Don’t let one rotten apple spoil the whole basket” does not apply. Modifications to that saying to make it more applicable would sound something like this, “Hope that one good apple doesn’t rot along in the whole basket of rotten apples”. Sad to say but it is quite impossible when you think about it.
Over the years we’ve seen some bright and courages preachers of change and reforms but in the end once they achieve their political aspirations they end up doing nothing and become the "NATO" politicians.
Maybe there is some truth when people say the minute you join politics, you leave your sense of pride and dignity at the door. Once you enter you will be given a bible of politics where you will preach the holy gospel of lying, cheating and conniving the Rakyat. You will then be instill with the self benefiting love for wealth and power. You will be taught how to manipulate and incite racial sentiments and to manipulate, abuse and oppress the weak and helpless. The Ten Commandments of Politics that you will live by now is to lie, cheat, steal, discriminate, oppress, abuse, manipulate, defame, mismanage and putridness. These are your new believes once you’ve sold your soul to Malaysian politics.
A good example, the MCA. They just concluded their party election recently. During their campaigning, a lot of mention on the review and abolishment of the ISA. Once the poll results were known, those that have won kept quiet as can be seen in the absence of their signature on the petition.
Another good example is the Gerakan. After much talk and hoo hah on the ISA issue and as expected, turned out to be all nothing but bullshit.
I take pride and believe that we Malaysians are now much more intelligent than our past generations but why are most of us still making the same mistake by voting for these goons. Haven’t we realize that the only ones capable of helping us is our own selves. Malaysia is a nation that practices democracy and the basic fundamentals of democracy is “A government for the people and by the people”. We, the Rakyat of Malaysia, are the ones with the power and not those crooked scums.
I recently had lunch with a close friend and after gobbling down the food we had our usual chatter about sports and stuffs but once the very mention of an issue regarding to politics, it was met with rejection. My friend’s argument was that he has no interest in politics whatsoever but the cheese of it all is that how can one living in Malaysia not be interested or concern about the going ons in their motherland especially when politics will determine Government policies which in turn determines our very livelihood and existence.
His rebuttal was “No matter what you do things will never change. The Government will always be filled with spineless crooks who have nothing but their own well being in their minds”.
What he said bears some truth in it but the only reason why it is so today is because most Malaysians have this exact attitude. Most Malaysians just don’t want to bother themselves because they think one person cannot make the difference. Fear maybe part of this ‘whatever la’ attitude here in Bolehland. Most just have the balls to talk about these issues in coffee shops and mind you, it can get interesting if you watch these ‘kopitiam MPs’ argue among themselves silly with sweat and saliva dropping everywhere. Sad thing is that the usual closing arguments will meet with the usual chorus of mutual agreement of “Si aneh liaw la, eh tang an chua ley?” (Hokkien for – that is the way it is, what can you do about it).
Sad isn’t it. It seems like Malaysians are just content to forego their rights in this country to corrupted and crooked lawmakers. It’s not a wonder our ministers nowadays just do as they please. The ministers now don’t even bother to be discreet about their wrong doings anymore. They blatantly abuse their powers to benefit themselves as they know the Rakyat won’t do anything and will just suck it up and swallow it down.
Funniest thing is that we Malaysians proudly claim that Malaysia is an independent sovereign country with democratic laws but in actual fact we fail to realize that we are but living everyday in self denial. Our crooked Government administrators can’t be blame for everything cause it us Rakyat that chose to live in oppression and marginalization as we choose to keep quiet and do nothing about it. We, the people of Malaysia, are the ones that have let our ancestors down who have fought with their blood and lives so that we may have equal rights. Embarrassingly, we also have let our future generations down.
As the age old saying goes, “a twig alone will easily be broken but a bundle of twigs bound together will be strong and mighty”. It may seem somewhat a cliché but it is ever so true. Don’t think your individual voices doesn’t matter cause it does. Your voice plus the voice of many others will help and make the cause of people fighting for our rights strong. People like the Hindraf and RPK. Lets speak together so we can shout out loud and show our support for these people who have given up their freedom for the fight so that we may keep ours.
Down with the racist tyranny of the BN and UMNO. We the Rakyat want peace, harmony, freedom, and equality for all Malaysians!!!

Ass kisser...
Ladies and gentlemen, witness the classic suck up power of politicians. The suction power is that of equivalent to a toilet plunger and after used their mouth stinks the same as well.
Guess being an MCA division chairman without a 'Datukshit' tittle to his name is somewhat degrading and he is working hard at sucking up and kissing UMNO asses to get it.
"MCA is the only party that can help the Chinese community and they should not be hoodwinked by the opposition's propaganda to tarnish theBarisan image." he said.
Firstly, screw the MCA!!! Help the Chinese community indeed. Help what so far?? Oh ya, thanks and heaps of praise as well as gratitude for 51 years of sucking up to the BN and UMNO that even till today although we hold the official Malaysian passport and I.C. we are still branded as 'squatters'.
Help the Chinese?!! What about Teresa Kok when she was detained under the ISA? Why the MCA were so quiet?? Is Teresa Kok not Chinese??? Or you are not considered a Chinese anymore once you join the DAP or any other opposition party???
Secondly, the opposition propaganda need not tarnish the Barisan Nasional image. No effort needed to go to waste here as the weak, lame, corrupt, racist and suck up ass kissing leaders and ministers of the BN are doing a damn good job at making a fool and crapping on themselves.
Bullshit cock talkers!!!
Loo also urged for close rapport between the party and the media fraternity, and also for the pressmen to be a watchdog to the state government and highlight their shortcomings.'
Hahaha.....what a load of cock and bull crap coming out from the Loo!!!
Another patroniser of the BN. Be constructive indeed. What he means by being constructive is to spin the truth, twist and turn, cut and edit people's negative statement into positive ones to glorify yhe Government or to character assasinate and crucify those who oppose.
As if the press and media people in this country has any freedom to report or publish the truth to the public without interference from PR polishers of the Government and their editors. Even if the truth was daringly published, the pressmen would have to fear the draconian bodyguard of the BN-UMNO Government, the ISA.

Joke of the day...
The charge?? No, Wan Abidin didn't make a report on his crap hole being shafted by DSAI. Instead he lodged the police report on the grounds that DSAI has caused alarm in the country after claiming that he has enough MPs to topple the Federal Government.
"What Anwar is doing now is causing instability in the country. The people have given their verdict in the March 8 general election. He should wait for the next general election if he wants to form the Federal Government. He is not the country's saviour but a traitor." Wan Abidin said (The Star 20.09.2008)
He (Wan Abidin) even claimed that many were scared to go out or even send their children to school.
HAHAHA!!! Now that's just bloody LAME!!!
Doesn't his statement sounds like what the UMNO and BN cronnies has been saying all along. If the BN is trying to gather sympathy towards the Government, at least get this fellow to read a different new script. I wonder how much reimbursement he is getting for his report??!!!
Scared to go out or even send their children to school is dramatising at its best. So people are so afraid of this 61 year old politician who is trying to topple the present Federal Government peacefully within all constitutional laws of Malaysia till they would lodge a police report but they did not lodge a report cause they are not afraid of the racist slur made by a certain 'Datukshit Pig' that fanned the racial fire and could have boiled over into a full blown race war?!!!
To Wan Abidin Zain, the 'Kambing suruhan of the DSAAB Government', you've had your minutes of fame with your name published in the papers and all so now please.....SHUT UP!!!!!

Tsu 'Immigrant' Koon vs. Ahmad 'Racist' Ismail
All these unhealthy tension is caused by just 1 insensitive man's remark, Datuk Ahmad Ismail saying that the Chinese were mere 'pendatang' or immigrant and squatters who does not deserve any rights in this country. The remark was made in a ceramah days before the Permatang Pauh by-election. No wonder the post election survey showed that most Chinese in that constituency did not even bother to turn up and cast their votes.
He has since refused to apologise for the remark and said it was 'taken out of context' by the members of the press who were present at his ceramah. DPM DSNTR was also present and has since came out publicly to apologise for the remarks of Ahmad. If it was really taken out of context by the members of the press then why did DSNTR with consent and agreement from DSAAB apologised??!!!
Gearakan President Tan Sri Koh Tsu Koon has criticised and condemn Ahmad for his remarks and now it's a bitch fight between the two. There has been some 'bad blood' between the two in the past and that makes the bickering and hair pulling even more intense.
These are some of the jabs, hooks, upper cuts, bitch slaps and some below the belt punches thrown by both at each other in the past few days.....
Welcome to the bitch fight battle royale between Koh 'Tai Chi' Tsu Koon vs. Ahmad 'Silat' Ismail.....
The Datukshit Ahmad Ismail and posse corner -
- Asked Gerakan to get out of BN as they have caused nothing but chaos among component parties.Called for Tan Sri Koh Tsu Koon's post of state BN chairman to be stripped and given to MCA.
- Accussed a few Gerakan leaders of exploiting and taking advantage of the issue.
- Made another very 'read between the lines' racist statement at a recent ceramah. He said that, "He (Tsu Koon) is a leader who is really good at Tai Chi but I would like to remind everyone not to forget that the Malays are equally good at Silat" -One would assume the use of the words 'Tai Chi' is to describe the Chinese immigrants and 'everyone' refers to a threat/warning to all those who are not Malay. How can he deny he is not racist when he issues such statements after the first one and why say 'not to forget that the Malays' when the issue in the first place was about discrimination of the Chinese as immigrants and not of the Malays!!! This coward racist pig is now trying to garner up courage to take the fight longer by stirring up sympathy and empathy from the Malay community by flaring up Malay sentiments so they will support him. Shameful how this sow making a mockery of the intelligence of his very own race.
- Insist that he will not apologise for his remark on August 23rd
- Another very racist 'read between the lines' remark of "We will not be pushed against the wall", with his supporters thumping tables and screaming "Hidup Melayu". -"We will not be pushed against the wall"?? Isn't it suppose to be just him?? The cockless cowardly pig can't fight his own battles and needs his mommy...BOOHOO!!! All respect to the Malays supporting him, please see the light that this sorry excuse of a racist arse is merely manipulating and using you to hopefully save his behind from being crucified.
- At the end of a press conference, his supporters took down a poster of Tan Sri Koh and tore it to pieces.
- When asked to comment on the action of his supporters, he said no such instructions was given and it was down by supporters from other divisions and not that of the Bukit Bendera. -Another shameless statement, to save his ass this time, he has hung out to dry the asses of the very people who supported him from other divisions. Is this the kind of snake you want as your MP??? .....Shameful!!!
Gerakan President Tan Sri Koh Tsu Koon and poosse corner -
- Tsu Koon has asked the PM, BN and UMNO to sack Ahmad from all post and to apologise for his remarks.
- Penang Gerakan Has severed all ties with the state UMNO after the latest Ahmad attack on their President.
- Penang MCA said it was severing ties with the Bukit Bendera UMNO as well.
- Wanita Gerakan has urged the PM to sack and strip Ahmad of his post and Datukshit
- Penang BN Youth Chief resigns as a mark of support to his party and President.
I would personally like to thank the Datukshit Ahmad 'Racist pig' Ismail for openning our eyes that there are race politics and discrimination used in BN and UMNO. The Ahmad issue has also further exposed the weakness and flaws of the DSAAB leadership.
Parti Gerakan and MCA has at last shown some balls and severed ties with the Penang state UMNO. Maybe DSAAB and UMNO should follow suit and cut all ties with Ahmad. Having a trouble making racist pig amongst their ranks will do them no good at all.

Abdullah and Anwar — flip sides with the same thinking
The Malaysian Insider Commentary
Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim share several similarities. They both call Penang home. They both have managed to get on the wrong side of their former mentor, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
And it seems they both will go the extra mile to protect their own political comrades, sometimes even sacrificing their principles and convictions about Malaysia, and tenets of the Federal Constitution.
No?
Let’s consider the facts. When Parti Keadilan Rakyat’s Zulkifli Nordin led the mob against the Bar Council for organising a forum on conversion to Islam, he was slammed by many from his own party for his thuggish behaviour. Except Anwar.
The Bandar Baru Kulim MP went into hiding after the incident and emerged more than a week later, defiant and unrepentant. He said that he had explained his actions at the forum to Anwar and had been cleared. He then lashed out enemies of Islam and said that he would reprise his role in breaking up the forum if necessary.
The silence from Anwar was deafening. Incidentally, no action has been taken against Zulkifli, despite threatening noises from Dr Syed Husin Ali, Sivarasa Rasiah and Tian Chua who were upset at the force and language used by protestors to disrupt the forum. Among other things, the demonstrators told the Chinese in not so polite terms to return to the land of their ancestors.
On hindsight, it is easy to understand why Anwar did not come out strong against Zukilfi.
He knew that though the MP’s actions were slammed by the chattering class and non-Muslims, they were hugely popular with Muslims who felt that Zulkifli and the protestors were standing up for Islam and its special position in Malaysia. He also had his eye on the Permatang Pauh by-election where ground reports suggested that he had the full backing of Chinese and Indian voters but had yet to win over a significant portion of the Malay vote.
So the best solution: stay clear of the Zulkifli controversy and hope that the controversy goes away.
Political consideration was also pretty much on Abdullah’s mind when he responded meekly to the controversy surrounding Datuk Ahmad Ismail’s comments about the Chinese at a political rally on the eve of the by-election.
The Bukit Bendera Umno division chief reminded Malaysian Chinese that they are immigrants and assigned them second-class status. He has not apologised for his comments which have upset the MCA and Gerakan, many of whom want him to be suspended or hung out to dry by Abdullah and the Umno leadership.
Abdullah has attempted to diffuse the situation by saying that Ahmad did not mean to offend anyone, adding that the he would tell the division chief not to repeat those words. This assurance is akin to applying. minyak angin on an open sore — it just worsened the situation.
On the face of it, it is difficult to understand why Abdullah is going out on a limb for Ahmad. Ahmad was a staunch Anwar soldier in the old days and enjoyed rubbishing the prime minister when he was not elected as one of Umno’s vice-presidents in 1993.
Abdullah’s loyalists still remember Ahmad’s choice words against Abdullah when the PM was a political nobody.
So why is Abdullah not prepared to chastise this man whose arrogant comments only serve to entrench the antipathy that non-Malays feel towards Umno and the Barisan Nasional?
Put it another way. Why is Abdullah prepared to stand by and watch the stature of the MCA and Gerakan sink further among Chinese? Every time an Umno leader makes a stinging comment about non-Malays or their religious practices and it goes unpunished, stronger is the view among Chinese and Indians that the MCA, Gerakan and MIC are political weaklings, and not worth supporting.
Abdullah knows this very well. But the fact is between now and December only one thing matters to him — obtaining the bulk of nominations from 191 Umno divisions and being re-elected as the party president.
Everything else is a distant second. And that includes pushing through legislation for a Judicial Appointment Commission (which incidentally is also unpopular with the Umno crowd). Or disciplining a party warlord, who comments about the status of Chinese just happens to be the majority view in the ruling party.
It is an open secret that many Umno politicians feel “betrayed’’ byChinese and Indian voters and want to punish them for supporting Pakatan Rakyat in Election 2008. They also believe that the non-Malays have become too vocal since March 8 and need to be put in their place.
So Ahmad Ismail’s comments are not isolated thinking. It is the majority view in a party that will not accept that non-Malays also have an ownership stake in the country.
Abdullah is not prepared to challenge this view and risk upsetting the support of party warlords like Ahmad Ismail. His survival comes before anything else. Between now and December, political consideration trumps everything else.
So maybe Abdullah and Anwar have got more in common than they wish to acknowledge. They both are prepared to leave their ideals of a Malaysia for all by the wayside if it means keeping the support of their home constituency.
