Dr. Rais Yatim, UMNO Supreme Council member and also Foreign Minister, called Gerakan Wanita Chief Datuk Tan Lian Hoe, 'celupar' (B.M. for loud-mouth).
The name calling was prompted because of Tan's statement in a speech made more than a month ago at Wanita Gerakan's national delegates conference on Oct 10. Tan was to have said that historically the Malays were also immigrants in this country and thus equaling the Malays to other races.
Yes Tan, you should know better than to issue such statements. The Malays are the 'master' of Malaysia and all the other races are their 'slaves'. In Malaysia historic realities cannot be challenged and historic realities of the Malays were once immigrants too cannot be mentioned. That part of Malaysian history is no more.
Ok la, Rais, have it your way. "Ya tuan, ada apa lagi yang boleh dan tak boleh cakap atau buat?"
There is also this issue about the 'keris' kissing thing that is not satisfactory to Master Rais, who is unhappy that UMNO goons are not allowed to kiss it anymore. Hell, you're our masters so you can make love to it if it pleases you for all we care!!!
