"After legal process has taken place, any parties who feels he had been violated or victimised could resort to 'muhabalah' (swearing in the name of Allah). That is the opinion of the National Fatwa Council." -Datuk Seri Dr. Ahmad Zahid Hamidi the Minister in the Prime Minister's Department.
Does this fellow knows what he is yapping about. His statement just raises the issue more on our judicial system.
Now, after the courts has made every possible consideration and has passed judgement, all you have to do is just swear and the verdict may be reversed.
So why do we even bother with the long, tedious and expensive legal process and just skip to swearing!!! Who needs the judges anymore, all that is needed is the holy book of Quran.
What about us non Muslims?!! Poor us, what are we gonna swear on to prove our innocence...
From statements like this and coming from a minister from the Prime Minister's Department, no wonder our Prime Minister is so weak and lame, cause the idiot is surrounded by morons!!!
